Number of Years for Pals Paper Arts PPA289

Number of Years by Stampin' Up!
The Number of Years bundle by Stampin’ Up! is an essential stamp and Framelits collection for all card makers. Today I’m using this collection for a special birthday card. Happy birthday, Leo!

The colors are inspired by Pals Paper Arts Color Challenge #PPA289. This wonderful combination by Lynn Hoyt offers so many possibilities. The rich Night of Navy is contrasted with subtle Blushing Bride and Pear Pizzazz.
