OK, OK. I’ll admit it. I have a problem. Recently, I have been obsessed with Mint Macaron, Basic Black, Crumb Cake and gold. I promise I’ll try not to do this again, but I had to share this color combination one more time. It makes me so happy.
The weather here in New England has me thinking of Spring which inspired today’s card for the Global Design Project sketch #GDP026.
I stamped the large flower from the Birthday Blooms stamp set with Mint Macaron ink on the same color cardstock, but the rest of this card is made with die cuts, ribbon and the new Glitter Tape available now during Sale-a-Bration.
The frame is cut from the center of the card using the Tags & Labels Framelits Dies. I cut an additional frame from Basic Basic cardstock using the same Framelit and the next size up. “Hello” is cut from the Greetings Thinlits Dies and the Whisper White butterfly is from the Butterflies Thinlits Dies.
I hope you enjoyed the card today. Join us at Global Design Project and show us how this week’s sketch inspired your project.
