Miss You with Botanical Builders Framelits

The Global Design Project Is back at it with a great sketch challenge for you this week. This week’s sketch is one of those keepers that you should Pin or print. How ever you do it, you’ll love the versatility of it.
Global Design Project GDP030Today I am sharing a simple card to compliment the simplicity in the sketch’s design. I used the Botanical Builder Framelits from Stampin’ Up! to create the flower and leaves edge. This collection of Framelits, Thinlits and an Edgelit is available bundled with a matching photopolymer stamp set and Designer Series Paper. It’s truly one-of-a-kind.

The stamps I used however, come from the Sunburst Sayings stamp set. I created a pattern on the top portion of Cucumber Crush cardstock with one of the stamps in the same green color. A sweet sentiment was embossed on Basic Black card with white Stampin’ Emboss powder.

This card came together so easily, but the bold black and vivid green combined with neutral Whisper White and Sahara Sand make it pop. I hope you enjoy it. You can easily replicate it and change the sentiment for any occasion.

Take some time this week and join us at Global Design Project. Try your hand at this amazing sketch and share your creation. If you need more inspiration, you can also see what the other designers have created.
