Love for Flourish Thinlits

Flourish Thinlits by Stampin' Up!

One of my favorite stamping tools is the Big Shot. This awesome machine is a necessity for all stampers. It embosses and cuts beautiful shapes and designs like the ones I used today. In fact, my card doesn’t include any stamping at all.

I used two different Thinlets sets to make the card. The Flourish Thinlits dies includes lots of pretty floral shapes that I used for the background of my card and the sentiment comes from the Sunshine Wishes Thinlits set.

Pals Paper Arts Color Challenge PPA313

Today’s card was inspired by the Pals Paper Arts Color Challenge. Mary Fish designed this warm palette of Flirty Falmingo, Tip Top Taupe and Peekaboo Peach.

Love Stampin' Up! Thinlits

Simply gluing all of the pieces to a Very Vanilla cardstock background, I made an easy card that you could do in just minutes.

The sentiment was cut three times and I glued the layers together to add dimension and the look of a custom embellishment.

Thank you for stopping by. I hope you’ll take some time and play along with this week’s challenge at Pals Paper Arts.

Such a GORGEOUS card, Shawn! Your work forces me to an uncomfortable place – somewhere between amazement and jealousy. You mastered these colors perfectly. LOVE this card.
