I Gotta Feeling Blog Hop

Welcome to InKing Royalty’s May Blog Hop! We are grinning from ear-to-ear with excitement over all the amazing, new products from Stampin’ Up!’s 2018 Annual Catalog; and you’re going to love what we are sharing today. Today’s Blog Hop is filled with projects that offer sneak peeks at new products from the upcoming catalog. What fun! After you read my post, I hope you’ll hop over to the next person on the list at the base of this post.

Abstract Impression by Stampin' Up!

Here’s a simple card to put together with lots of stamping and a little cutting; after all, don’t you love to stamp!? The upcoming Abstract Impressions stamp set from the 2018–2019 Annual Catalog is stamper’s stamp set. There are lots of fun images to layer and several greetings too. I can imagine these flowers in dozens of color combinations, but I decided to use a few of the new In Colors and re-vamped colors coming in June.

Artistic Impressions

I started with a Whisper White card base and began layering with an embossed piece of Petal Pink cardstock. Call Me Clover and Soft Sea Foam greens create the stems. Flirty Flamingo add touches of vivid color to the flowers and Blueberry Bushel is the perfect blue for the sentiment.

If you like stamping, I’ve got a feeling that this stamp set will make you happy stamper. It was so much fun to work with and I’m looking forward to sharing more soon.

Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you’ll hop along to the next stop on the blog hop, Lynn Kolcun at Avery’s Owlery. There’s lots of inspiration to be found in this group—and you don’t want to miss it!
