One Word Blog Hop: Christmas

InKing Royalty One Word Blog Hop: Christmas

Welcome to InKing Royalty’s December Blog Hop! This year’s Blog Hop themes are inspired by a single word and this month our projects are centered around Christmas. It’s a wonderful time of year, and we are having lots of fun with our Christmas-themed projects. We are so excited to share them with you today! After you read my post, I hope you’ll hop over to the next person on the list at the base of this post.

Christmas Card with Stampin' Up! Peaceful Boughs

Today I’m sharing a Christmas card using the Peaceful Boughs bundle from Stampin’ Up! I chose this particular set because of the lovely sentiment that can be used on the outside or inside of your holiday cards. The set also comes with a “Seasons Greetings” stamp if you choose to use this sentiment on the inside.

Another reason I love this set is that it include my favorite type of foliage: pinecones, although I did not use them today, I just can’t help myself and always purchase those sets. I did however, use the pine branches from the dies behind the frame that was also cut from the dies.

The Designer Series Paper is from the Night Before Christmas 6″ x 6″ pack and I stamped some snowflakes with a Whisper White Craft Stampin’ pad. I think stamping on Designer Series Paper is my new thing.

Thank you for stopping by today. I hope you’ll hop along to the next stop on the blog hop, Lynn Kolcun at Avery’s Owlery. There’s lots of inspiration to be found in this group and you don’t want to miss it!

Such a soothing color combination. I love how you colored “Peace” to make it really stand out. It goes with the card – peaceful.

I have a weakness for pine boughs too! The DSP you chose is perfect for this card! Happy to see that frame, it’s beautiful.
