Treats from My Heart

The roomy Heart Foil Tins can fit a lot more candy or other treats than I thought. They are also oven-safe so you can bake mini cakes and the spacious lid allows for frosting if you like.

Global Design Project Color Challenge #GDP225
Inspired by the colors in this week’s Global Design Project Color Challenge #GDP225. Show us how these colors inspire your projects.

I used products available in the From My Heart Suite to decorate the tin. Heart Doilies fit perfectly in the cover, but I lifted it a bit with some Stampin’ Dimensionals.

Hearts were punched out of the From My Heart Specialty Designer Series Paper. I partially embossed a lacy heart using a stamp from the set.

Heart-shaped Foil Tins by Stampin' Up!

I only made two of these, but if you need to make lots of them, the punches perfectly cut out the hearts on another sheet of Designer Series Paper. There are foil accents in the paper so you get the shine anyway.

A little stamping goes a long way too. I used one word: “love,” and repeated it three times per tin, but the suite mixes and matches so well, you can combine the pieces any way you like.
